At Paw Mate, we comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If your product arrives faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered, we will offer a replacement or full refund. Please contact us at pawmateshopofficial@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order, including your order number and a photo of the product. We do not accept returns for change of mind.
